Terms and conditions:

1. Offer: Alliance Partner’s customer purchasing select Electrolux products from merchant’s outlets are eligible for 10 percent instant discount up to INR 10000 during the offer period using various bank Credit Cards/Debit Cards as mentioned in Annexure 1

2. Offer period: The Offer period shall commence from 00:00 hours on November 1, 2023, and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on November 30, 2023. (For Axis Bank and SBI Bank offer shall commence from November 4, 2023)

3. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to all Bank Credit Cards except Corporate Credit cards. Further, the Offer is applicable once per card per calendar month at select offline stores during the offer period.

4. Qualified Machines: The Offer is enabled on Pine Labs machines at Offline Stores during Offer period.

5. Eligible Category of Transactions: The instruments that this Offer can be availed on Full Swipe/EMI Transactions (Refer Annexure A) for transaction value of more than or equal to INR 10,000. The Offer can be availed on Credit Card EMI tenures as per the Alliance Partner.

6. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used for products other than that of Alliance Partner.

7. This Offer will not be applicable if the Customer or the merchant or Alliance Partner cancel the order and/or the Customer returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, if discount is provided to Customer, then only the net amount would be refunded to the Customer. In other words, if discount is provided then it will not be refunded.

8. Alliance Partner or Banks reserve the right to disqualify the Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

9. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

10. Alliance Partner and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. However, the Alliance Partner and Bank shall endeavour to avoid adding/altering/modifying/changing or varying any or all these terms and conditions throughout the duration of the Offer period in light of good customer experience.

11. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Alliance Partner to conduct further, similar, or other offers.

12. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
